Building capacity through cooperation: the WEntre journey 🇪🇺🤝🇪🇬

The WEntre – Women Empowerment through Entrepreneurship project demonstrates how international cooperation can create lasting impact in vocational education and training.

Bringing together partners from Sweden, Greece and Spain with organisations from Egypt, WEntre focuses on strengthening the capacity of VET providers, trainers and educators to deliver high-quality, inclusive and competence-based entrepreneurship education for women.

A key element of WEntre is capacity building through knowledge transfer, co-creation and practical implementation. Rather than simply transferring ready-made educational material, European and Egyptian partners have worked together to develop competences, methodologies, training resources and learning pathways that can be adapted, applied and further multiplied by local trainers and organisations.
