With Egyptian Efforts and European Partnership, WEntre Partners Present the Project’s Final Results

On Wednesday, 7 October 2026, Ain Shams University hosted an event to present the final results of the Women Empowerment through Entrepreneurship (WEntre) project. The event was held in the Center of Educational Excellence at the Faculty of Education, in cooperation with the Egyptian partners, Green Line Consult and Misr El Kheir Foundation, and with the participation of European partners DIMITRA (Greece), Rinova (Spain), and Folkuniversitetet (Sweden), within a three-year partnership co-funded by the European Union.

The event showcased the project’s key achievements, including a free multilingual digital learning platform, an entrepreneurship competence framework aligned with European standards, interactive self-assessment tools, and flexible training resources designed to strengthen women’s entrepreneurial skills.

Although the project has concluded, its resources will remain freely accessible to trainers, institutions, and women aspiring to establish their own businesses, supporting the continued development of women’s entrepreneurship in Egypt.
