The WEntre project, funded by the EU, supports VET providers in developing educational programs based on foundational competences to empower women in developing countries, particularly in the Arab Mediterranean region, to combat unemployment and gender inequality, fostering entrepreneurship and enhancing youth employment opportunities.

Objectives

The project aims to support VET providers from developing countries  in order to develop educational programmes, based on foundational competences, built upon the European Reference Framework (ERF), European Entrepreneurship Competence Framework (ENTRECOMP) and UN Women Values & Competencies Framework. The programme will aim at empowering women in developing countries to fight unemployment and gender inequality, cultivating entrepreneurship.
